General Terms:
- Any dead on arrivals or shorts
must be reported within 24 hours to make a claim.
- Dead
on arrivals or any items that you are not 100% satisfied
with must be returned within 48hrs, in the case of dead
on arrivals or shorts we will refund
your card within 48hrs, or replace the items on the next available delivery
date.
- Guarantees for livestock don’t apply if you are
not in to collect your order.
- Only species marked as sexed
have been
and are sold as. When ordering specific sex ratios every
effort will be made, but we cannot and will not be held
responsible for any mistakes.
- Sorry, we don’t send
livestock outside the United Kingdom.
- All Glass products inc vivarium lids are not guaranteed.
As all invertebrates have exoskeletons
and shed to grow on some occasions it may not be possible
to send out livestock for this reason. We will let you know
if this is the case.
Any questions you have at all can be
answered by phone or email obviously the quickest way to get
an answer is to call!
All items offered for sale on this website are in stock
as of the last updated date. This website is updated
regularly, however many items are of limited
stock and on occasions livestock will sell out before you have ordered, under no
circumstances will we debit your card until your order has be packed.
